every city, every setup, every line out the door. we built raposa together, and it’s still us behind the bar.
for the last few years, the four of us have built, broken down and rebuilt our specialty coffee and matcha bar every few weeks in cities around the world. long lines, short setups, no shortcuts on the drinks.
every event was a test: a new city, a new setup, and a line before we’d finished unpacking. we learned to pour specialty coffee and matcha fast without cutting corners. so when the miami marlins and HEAT came calling, we were ready.
our partnerships with the Miami Marlins and Miami HEAT brought us to Miami and we've added a few new faces to the team but if you stop by the cafe in wynwood or a booth at a game. It’s still us taking your order and making your coffee.
