1. Sponsor and eligibility
Sponsored by Raposa Coffee LLC, 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901. Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 18 or the age of majority in their state, whichever is older. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the Miami Heat or NBA.
2. When and how to enter
Enter at raposacoffee.com/giveaway between October 14, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time and April 12, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Complete the form with your first name, email address and mobile number, confirm your eligibility, and select “Enter to Win.”
Limit one entry per person. Only the earliest valid entry counts; using different contact details does not create additional entries. Incomplete, automated or false entries are invalid.
Marketing email and text sign-ups are optional and separate from entry. Signing up does not improve your chances of winning, and entering alone does not subscribe you.
3. Prize and delivery
One winner will choose either:
144 cans of Raposa nitro cold brew, delivered in three shipments of 48 cans. Eligible varieties: all flavors (8). Approximate retail value: $539.40.
12 kg (approximately 26.5 lbs) of Raposa Sunrise Blend whole-bean coffee, delivered in three shipments of four 1 kg bags. Approximate retail value: $563.40, based on the regular price of $46.95 per bag.
The selected option applies to all three shipments. Maximum approximate retail value: $563.40.
Shipping is included to a physical address in the 48 contiguous United States or Washington, D.C.; PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are excluded. The first shipment will be sent within 30 days after the winner’s eligibility and delivery details are confirmed. The remaining shipments will be sent four and eight months after the first.
The prize is nontransferable and has no cash alternative. Unavailable products may be replaced with products of equal or greater retail value. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes.
4. Winner selection and notification
A winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries on April 15, 2027. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.
Raposa will contact the selected entrant by email and at the mobile number provided. They must respond within seven calendar days of the initial notification and confirm their eligibility and shipping address. If they do not respond or are ineligible, another entrant will be selected randomly.
5. Privacy and winner information
Entry information is used to administer the giveaway as described in Raposa’s Privacy Policy. Optional marketing texts are also subject to Raposa’s Mobile Terms of Service.
Raposa will not use the winner’s identity or likeness for promotional purposes. To request the winner’s first name, last initial and state, email marketing@raposacoffee.com by June 14, 2027. Information will be provided subject to applicable law.
6. General terms
By entering, you agree to these rules. Raposa may disqualify entries that violate them or tamper with the entry process. Raposa is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or technical failures. If fraud, technical problems or circumstances beyond Raposa’s control prevent the giveaway from running as planned, Raposa may suspend, modify or cancel it where permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Raposa and its affiliates, partners and agencies from liability arising from participation or acceptance or use of the prize. Raposa’s decisions are final, subject to applicable law. Florida law governs these rules, subject to applicable law.
